Making A Purchase
Adopting a Donkey Online could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on the donkey that you wish to adopt and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We only accept credit/debit card payment for Adopt a Donkey online. If you are adopting from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Mastercard, Delta, Connect or Visa Debit, Visa, Maestro.
Gift Delivery Instructions (deliver to buyer etc)
Postage & Packing charges are included in the price of an adoption if you live in the UK or EU. Outside the UK & EU a charge of £3.00 will be added to cover the higher cost of postage.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver within 14 days from receipt of your order but please allow a further 7 days before querying non-delivery. Overseas orders may take longer to be delivered.
Tax Charges
VAT, where applicable is included in the price of all products.  

The adoption fee includes a donational element.
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card transactions are handled by a secure payment service (PayPoint.net). Card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. Should your adoption pack fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 14 days. We guarantee to replace it or refund the purchase price. You also have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any goods within 7 working days after receipt of goods.

Returns Policy
If you return your adoption pack within 14 days, we guarantee to replace it or refund the purchase price. You also have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any goods within 7 working days after receipt of goods.
